Through a unique blend of storytelling, interactive exercises and performance art techniques enhanced by fresh tech tools, participants in this hands-on experience will leave the session with renewed confidence and a personal playbook for making a positive difference in their lives, their work and their world.

Lisa Sibilia, Dee Byrnes and Bob Allen share rare insights from their careers with the Walt Disney Company and, explore the tenets of innovation, elegant technology approaches and a protocol for leading, making and enacting decisions gleaned as entrepreneurial leaders. Beginning with a practical definition of innovation in action, the session then plunges into understanding how to drive value from personalized technology. and rounds out by presenting a how to on “leading”—a guide to action planning and execution.  

 Delivered in half-day and one-day formats, participants will leave the session with renewed confidence and a personal playbook for making a positive difference in their lives, their work and their world. We also offer a keynote-length overview presentation and custom multi-day versions.
